Where are the drop-off and pick-up points?Drop-off and pick-up will be on Lucerne Crescent. We will have a station set up. Please ensure children are dropped off no earlier than 8:30 am and picked up by 3:30 pm.

Who runs the programs?All programs are run by experienced PE teachers and expert coaches. All staff have relevant Working with Children Checks.

What sports/activities will be included?Our programs offer a variety of sports, including Basketball, Soccer, AFL, Cricket, Netball, Tennis and much more. We also run the following activities: Amazing Race, Capture the Flag, Ninja Warrior Course, Nerf War, Downball, Sport Board Games, Dodgeball, TAG Olympics (to name a few). What is provided at the program?Morning and afternoon tea, sunscreen, first aid, sports equipment and daily prizes.

What if my child has medication or an action plan?If your child requires medication or has a specific action plan for allergies or medical conditions, please provide all necessary details when completing the online registration. Our staff are trained to administer medication and will follow any action plan provided.

Is first aid available?Yes, all staff members are first aid trained (including in asthma and anaphylaxis). We have first aid kits on-site at all times to handle any emergencies or minor injuries.

What facilities are available?We have access to both indoor and outdoor facilities including an indoor basketball court.

What happens if it rains?In the event of rain, activities will be moved indoors. We have a range of indoor sports and games planned to keep everyone active and engaged.

What time does the program start/end?Drop off starts from 8:30 am. Please aim to arrive no later than 9:00 am. Pick up is at 3:30 pm.

What to bring?Please pack a water bottle, hat and lunch. We have plenty of sunscreen!

What should participants wear?Comfortable, weather-appropriate sportswear is recommended, along with sneakers or running shoes.

Are participants split into age groups?Yes. For most sessions, participants are grouped by age to ensure everyone can enjoy activities suited to their abilities. However, some activities have been planned to cater for all ages and will be run with the whole group.

Can I sign up on the day?While we recommend pre-registering to guarantee a spot, limited spaces may be available for on-the-day registrations depending on capacity. Please contact us to confirm availability.

How do I register my child?Registration forms can be completed online through our website. Simply select your preferred dates, fill in the registration form and process your payment to secure your spot. You will receive a confirmation email after the booking has been made.

Can I book just one day?Yes, we offer one day bookings.

How do I book for multiple children?To book a spot in our program, start by clicking the 'Book Now' button on our website. Choose the desired day(s) and specify the number of children attending each day, then click 'Checkout.' You can easily add additional children by entering their details as you fill out the registration form. If you're booking for four or more children, please include the extra children's details in the 'Is there anything else we should know?' section.

What if my child is unwell or unable to attend?If your child is unwell, we kindly ask that they stay home for the safety of everyone. For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a credit.

How do I cancel?To cancel your booking, please contact our team via phone or email. Cancellations should be made at least 72 hours before the program start date to be eligible for any refunds. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.

Do I get a refund?Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the day of attendance. Any cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will receive a credit. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

Do credits expire?No, credits issued for cancellations don't expire.
